Job Description

At Learning Ladders, we believe that learning should be FUN, messy, meaningful, and full of "a-ha!" moments. Our classrooms are filled with giggles, finger paint, curious questions, and joyful discoveries — and we're looking for a rockstar VPK teacher to join the adventure! Learning Ladders Preschool is a faith based preschool searching for energetic and nurturing teachers. School hours are M-F from 7:30 to 4:30. Schedules vary.
What You'll Do:
Create magical, engaging lesson plans that follow Florida VPK standards. Inspire 4-year-olds to explore, imagine, count, read, and play. Track their growth like the superhero teacher you are. Communicate with families (because we love building connections!). Keep the classroom safe, organized, and filled with learning love. Team up with fellow teachers to bring the best to our kids every day.
What You Bring:
A big heart and a love for little learners! CPR & First Aid Infant/ Pediatric certified (or ready to get certified). Experience in early childhood education is a big plus. Positive vibes, patience, and a passion for creativity. Previous experience in a VPK classroom preferred
