Whether you're nurturing infants, guiding curious toddlers and preschoolers, or supporting multiple classrooms as a floater, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, safe, and engaging space where children can learn, grow, and thrive during their most important developmental years.

Hours:

10:00am - 6:30pm

Pay Rate:

starts at $15/hr (commensurates with experience and education)

What We're Looking For:

DCF 45 Hours (preferred) First Aid & CPR Certification CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred, not required) Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting Knowledge of early childhood development practices Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

What You'll Do:

Support classroom activities and daily routines Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment Assist with diapering and potty training as needed Help implement age-appropriate lessons and hands-on activities Follow all licensing guidelines and school policies Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members Why Join Us?
