In this energetic role, you will support lead instructors in delivering engaging martial arts classes, fostering a positive environment that encourages skill development, confidence, and teamwork. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help students unlock their potential while ensuring a safe and motivating atmosphere for everyone involved. Responsibilities Assist in delivering martial arts classes, focusing on techniques such as Karate, MMA and other martial arts disciplines Support students in practicing skills related to martial arts, and other physical activities Help manage classroom behavior and promote respectful conduct among students of various age groups Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Engage with students to motivate them, provide constructive feedback, and encourage ongoing participation in sports coaching and physical education programs Maintain a clean and organized training environment, including equipment setup and sanitation Collaborate with lead instructors to develop tailored lesson plans that accommodate different skill levels and learning styles Experience Prior experience working with children or adolescents in sports coaching, childcare, or teaching settings is helpful. Knowledge of martial arts such as Karate or MMA is highly desirable; certification is a plus but not required. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster positive student engagement Experience working within health clubs or gyms that offer physical education classes or youth programs is helpful. Demonstrated ability to teach physical activities or other sports-related disciplines Passion for promoting health, fitness, and personal development through active instruction Join us in inspiring young learners through energetic coaching and dedicated mentorship!
