The Lubavitch Hebrew Academy (LHA) is looking for Assistant Teachers for next school year. We are South Florida premier Jewish Day School. We are a team of educators who inspire more than 700 students by providing a supportive and nurturing environment as well as an engaging dual curriculum in General and Judaic studies.
Job Description:
We are looking for assistant teachers who have experience working with children. Teacher's Assistant will help the lead teacher implement the curriculum, create a positive environment, and assist children with their activities and needs.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday between 8 am - 4 pm. and Fridays 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Full-Time position Candidates for this position should: Be passionate about working with children. Create a warm, nurturing environment. Have a track record of being timely, punctual, and consistently reliable. Speak English well Work collaboratively. Possess patience and empathy, especially towards children, their families, and faculty. Foster positive relationships, interactions and communication.
