As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. If you have a love for working with children and a strong background in early childhood development, we encourage you to apply. ```Duties```- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies ```Requirements```
- Montessori Certified
- Jesus follower
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Familiarity with child welfare regulations and guidelines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child
