As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. If you have a love for working with children and a strong background in early childhood development, we encourage you to apply. ```Duties```
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies ```Requirements```
  • Montessori Certified
  • Jesus follower
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare or classroom setting
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
  • Familiarity with child welfare regulations and guidelines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child
