Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Instructor specializing in Medical Assistant training with expertise in Phlebotomy and EKG procedures and/or CNA and HHA experiece. This role involves delivering engaging classroom instruction, supervising clinical practice sessions, and developing comprehensive curricula to prepare students for successful careers in healthcare. Maintain detailed records of student progress, clinical hours, and compliance documentation in accordance with institutional policies Qualifications Proven experience in teaching higher education courses or adult education programs within medical assisting or related healthcare fields Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, nursing practices, and patient care procedures Familiarity with learning technology platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
