Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change through evidence-based practices. Your energy, compassion, and dedication will help foster growth and independence for those you serve. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in behavioral health and special education. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring consistency and fidelity in service delivery Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions accurately and efficiently Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting to promote independence Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in children and individuals with autism Support clients during therapy sessions by providing engaging, motivating activities tailored to their individual needs Maintain confidentiality of all medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy Collaborate with team members to develop care plans, document progress, and adjust strategies based on data collection and client response Requirements Valid RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification through a recognized program Ability to assist with ADLs and implement teaching strategies within a structured environment Ability to learn and understand medical documentation, medical terminology, and maintaining accurate medical records Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members Commitment to patient care, ethical standards, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations "Paid Training Available - Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!"
