Job Description

Kiddie Academy of Conway is seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our Three-Year-Old classroom team. If you are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy helping young learners grow, we would love to meet you! What You'll Do Support the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Supervise and interact with children throughout the day. Assist with classroom organization, daily routines, meals, and nap time. Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous childcare, preschool, or early childhood education experience preferred. DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training completed or willingness to complete upon hire. CDA credential or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Availability Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Ability to meet all state licensing and background screening requirements. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
