The pay is $16.50 -17 per hour depending on experience and credentials . This role is onsite at our centre : 1118 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809 The Assistant VPK Teacher coordinates engaging developmental activities, implements curriculum that prepares children for school, and enhances their pre-reading, pre-math, language, and social skills. The Assistant Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Teacher serves as a model and mentor. What You'll Do:

Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth Follow all facility policies and state regulations Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement What We Need from

You:

High school diploma / GED, or degree in related field of study required
