We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to support our 2nd/3rd Grade Split Class at our Christian homeschool learning center. Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher with daily instruction and activities Provide individual support to students Help maintain a positive, organized, and engaging learning environment Assist with classroom preparation, projects, and materials Supervise students during transitions, during recess and activities Encourage positive behavior and model respect, kindness, and responsibility Substitute as needed
Qualifications:
Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Patient, positive, and nurturing attitude Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students and staff Dependable and professional Background check required

Other Information:
Hours:
Monday - Thursday; approximately 9:00am-3:45pm. (27 hours per week)
