In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, helping them grow through play-based learning and exploration. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Encourage parental involvement in their child's education. Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with staff to create a cohesive educational experience. Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively. Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities as required. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development. Qualifications Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. First aid/ CPR certification soon after employment. Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to children's needs. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff.
