• 45 hours required by the DCF.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or a degree in early childhood education or related field,
• An energetic, passionate and nurturing attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
