Infant Assistant Teacher

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported. As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child's individual needs.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded high school diploma.
• Completed required 45 DCF Hours
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
