Tampa, Florida Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-1:00pm

Pay:

$18-$24/hour (Based on experience & certifications) About Us Life International Academy is a Montessori-inspired, life-skills-based school where children learn through real experiences, nature, and meaningful work. Our 3-acre campus supports outdoor learning, hands-on education, and child independence, creating a calm and purposeful school environment. Responsibilities Support the Lead Teacher in a multi-age elementary classroom Work with students in small groups and one-on-one instruction Assist with classroom management and daily routines Prepare and maintain a calm, organized classroom environment Support hands-on learning activities, art, and classroom projects Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and outdoor time Participate in outdoor learning, gardening, and nature-based education Support overall classroom flow and student engagement Qualifications Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Assistant Teacher, Classroom Assistant. Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Organized, dependable, and proactive Strong communication skills Comfortable in an active, hands-on classroom environment Experience working in Montessori setting.
