In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in nurturing young minds, fostering a love of learning, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children to explore and grow. Whether leading a classroom or supporting classroom activities, your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children's development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the foundational years of childhood. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth in accordance with early childhood education standards. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and positive behavior management. Support children's development through individualized attention, early intervention strategies, and inclusive practices for children with special needs or requiring additional support. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, classroom management, and maintaining organized learning spaces. Foster effective communication with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to child welfare and educational progress. Support children's physical needs through toddler care routines and ensuring safety protocols are consistently followed. Utilize assessment tools and standardized testing methods to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is preferred, but not required. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
