No Summary As a Teacher/Teacher Assistant, you will support classroom learning and child development under the guidance of lead educators. You will apply core skills in classroom management, communication, and early childhood education to plan activities, supervise students, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment. Your role may include assisting with instruction, behavior management, and student assessment, while collaborating with teachers and families to support individualized learning plans. This position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering foundational skills across preschool and early elementary settings. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for children, incorporating early childhood education principles. Maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment through effective behavior and classroom management strategies. Support individual and small group instruction, including tutoring and literacy development as needed. Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to develop curricula, monitor progress, and communicate with families. Ensure safety, supervise children during daily routines, and oversee play-based learning and activities.
