Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Paraprofessional — Mill Springs Academy (Alpharetta, GA) Make a real difference in the lives of neurodiverse and non-traditional learners!
Salary:
$40,000/annually We're looking for a caring, energetic Paraprofessional to support students in small groups and one-on-ones, assist teachers, and help create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment. You're a great fit if you: ✔ Love helping students grow ✔ Are patient, flexible, and supportive ✔ Communicate well and work great on a team ✔ Have 2+ years of college coursework or an Associate's degree (preferred) What you'll do: Support academic learning Assist with behavior and social-emotional needs Prepare classroom materials Help with supervision and daily school routines Full-time • 10-month position • Faculty role Ready to make an impact?
