Job Summary:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions/processes or a few specialized or essential clerical functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel.
Job Specific Duties:
May research, investigate, and/or resolve program or issues. Drafts documentation, reports, presentations. Represents program or unit, provides information and assistance to internal and external customers. Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision. Provides program, administrative, and/or technical assistance to customers and staff. Research and/or resolves program or client issues or questions. Provides program, administrative, and technical assistance and interpretation Provides admirative support to assigned area. Manages routine administrative functions for the agency/office. This position will be assigned to support the interstate compact office. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED AND Two years of general office Or administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess two or more of the following: 1. Four years of experience in juvenile justice setting: three years of which should be in case management. 2. Two years or more of experience with the Juvenile Tracking system 3. Two years or more experience monitoring and/or evaluating programs. 4. Associate degree from an accredited university.
