Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Asst. to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As an asst. teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of children, guiding them through their formative years with engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Assess and document children's progress in literacy education and other developmental milestones. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and development. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed to ensure their success. Organize activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in early childhood education.
Qualifications :
Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management. Knowledge of child welfare practices and early childhood development principles. Ability to educate young learners effectively while fostering a love for learning. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all students.
