The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, focusing on their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Our ideal candidate will have experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and physical education, with a strong commitment to child welfare and special education.

• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to the needs of preschool-aged children
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including Montessori and project-based learning, to foster a love of learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective curriculum
• Conduct physical education activities that promote physical development and coordination
• Provide individualized support and accommodations for children with special needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of student development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and any concerns
• Implement a variety of classroom activities, including arts, music, and sensory play
• Support the overall mission of the school to provide a high-quality education to young children
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices
• Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials
• Experience in physical education or a related field
• Familiarity with Montessori and special education methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their overall development and well-being
• Experience in a private school setting is an asset, but not required.
