Preschool Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and administration
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and social skills into daily activities
• Adapt lessons and activities for students with special needs, including those with autism

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting
• Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
• Ability to educate and engage students in a variety of subjects
• Understanding of classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
