Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards (Lead Teachers Only)
- Provide instruction to children daily ( Ages 1 and up)
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Ensure the children have good hygeine
- Changing diapers/ pull ups, assisting with potty time
- Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day
- Caring and compassionate attitude when interacting with and caring for children
- Excellent patience and stamina for keeping up with the demands of children
- Advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at a time
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children perfered
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and curriculum development (Leads)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities As a Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing them with a quality education.
