Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards (Lead Teachers Only)
  • Provide instruction to children daily ( Ages 1 and up)
  • Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
  • Ensure the children have good hygeine
  • Changing diapers/ pull ups, assisting with potty time
  • Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day
  • Caring and compassionate attitude when interacting with and caring for children
  • Excellent patience and stamina for keeping up with the demands of children
  • Advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at a time
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children perfered
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and curriculum development (Leads)
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities As a Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing them with a quality education.

CPR/First Aid classes will be paid for every two years. Current Openings Ones 10:00am-6:00 Pay depends on experience and qualifications. Starting pay is $10.00/hr full time qualify for 1/2 off childcare. Positions are flexable for part time hours if needed (2pm-6pm)
