Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or Equivalent, required CDA or College Credits in Early Childhood Education, strongly preferred 1+ years experience, preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
