Victory Christian Learning Center is a new care provider serving families in the Norcross area in a newly renovated facility opening in early 2026. Teacher Responsibilities Implement school curriculum and assess the developmental needs of students Maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment that is also fun and supports play, exploration and learning Nurture the physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth and development of each child Feeding and diaper changing in younger classrooms non-classroom positions are available as well (support, receptionist, etc.) Communication Responsibilities Establish positive and productive relationships with families Participate in monthly staff meetings Work with teaching teams and grade-level staff on problem solving classroom and school issues Support VCLC's success by partnering with VCLC staff and leadership to achieve goals concerning enrollment accreditation and engagement Execute a level of professionalism with students, families, peers and management Physical Demands Regularly required to move from standing to crouching at child's eye level as well as sitting on the floor and back to standing position Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
