Kumon Early Learner (EL) Assistant BrilliantBees LLC Roswell, GA Job Details Part-time $10 - $11 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications General academic student support Student supervision Mathematics tutoring Basic math Personal service experience with children Full Job Description We are looking for a patient, energetic, and responsible individual to join our Kumon team as an Early Learner Assistant. This role involves working with young children (ages 3-6) to help them develop foundational math, reading, and classroom habits.
Responsibilities:
Guide children through worksheets and activities with encouragement. Foster focus, independence, and confidence in young learners. Provide gentle support while maintaining Kumon's structured approach. Assist with organizing class materials and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Enjoys working with children in early elementary or preschool age groups. Friendly, patient, and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience with kids is a plus (not required).
