paid vacation and sick days annually 3 paid bereavement days for immediate family Supportive Christian work environment Small class sizes No evenings or weekends Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom environment. Support daily classroom activities and learning experiences. Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a neat, organized classroom. Encourage positive behavior through patience, kindness, and Christian values. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff. Attend staff meetings, professional development, Open House, and other required school events. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with young children is preferred but not required. Love for children and a passion for helping them learn and grow. Dependable, flexible, energetic, and a positive team player. High integrity with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A committed Christian who supports the mission and values of Mars Hill Christian Preschool Academy. Willingness to complete required professional development and training. Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
