Hiring:

Experienced Kids Hip Hop Teachers, Substitutes & Teaching Assistants Hawaii Dance Bomb is seeking highly dependable, professional dance educators to join our growing youth programs across Oʻahu. We are looking for individuals who are ready to commit, lead, and grow with an established organization. This is not a casual or short-term role. Our programs rely on consistency, preparation, and strong classroom leadership. Lead Hip Hop Teachers Our teachers lead structured, high-energy, age-appropriate classes in schools and studio environments. Instructors are expected to manage their classrooms independently and uphold program standards at all times.

Schedule:

Weekdays between 2:00-4:30pm 1-2 classes per day 45 minutes per class

Semester Commitment Required:

January-May June-July August-December We prioritize instructors who are able to commit to multiple consecutive semesters and build long-term relationships with students and schools.

Compensation:

Starting at $50 per class (based on experience) Ideal candidates will have: Prior experience teaching and managing groups of children independently Strong classroom management skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Professional communication skills The ability to choreograph age-appropriate routines The maturity to problem-solve calmly and represent the brand professionally Availability for occasional team meetings or trainings Professional references will be requested. Teaching Assistants We are also hiring Teaching Assistants to support our instructors in maintaining a focused, positive, and structured classroom environment.

Schedule:

Weekday afternoons and occasional weekends Consistent availability preferred

Compensation:

$25 per hour Assistants are expected to remain actively engaged throughout class, anticipate student needs, and support behavior management. This role is ideal for individuals who take initiative and are serious about developing professionally in youth dance education.
