About Us Lift HI Foundation (Lift HI) invests in the people and families of Hawai'i to live stable, healthy and fulfilling lives and thereby allow our local communities to flourish. We believe the foundation to stable, healthy and fulfilling lives is a good job. We offer tailored training-to-good job pathways, in partnership with local employers, that make it easy for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed (ALICE) households to participate. Our initial focus is on entry-level positions in healthcare. Position Summary Launched in 2024, Lift HI is an early stage, dynamic non-profit that is seeking to expand our team by hiring Program Assistant. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and is solution and outcome-oriented. Strong performers can expect opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Coordinate trainee recruitment, applications, and interviews Support the planning and delivery of training sessions including preparing training materials, assisting with technology requirements, and logistical arrangements. Maintain participant records, track program outcomes and feedback, and other essential data for visualization, program improvement, and story telling. Promote Lift HI programs through community outreach, social media, and other avenues. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure successful program implementation and participant success. Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to outcomes. Proficiency with Google Workspace, graphic design and website tools, and other professional programs. Experience with workforce development, training programs, or ALICE households is a plus.
Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
