This role provides essential classroom assistance to teachers and specialists, helping ensure students receive the academic and behavioral support they need to succeed. Responsibilities include working one-on-one or in small groups with students, assisting with instructional activities, reinforcing lesson plans, and supporting students with special needs or individualized education programs (IEPs). Additional duties may include supervising students, assisting with classroom management, helping with daily routines, and documenting student progress as directed by licensed staff. This is an in-person position following a Monday through Friday school schedule.
