You'll play a key role in helping students succeed by providing academic, behavioral, and emotional support, assisting with classroom activities, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or post-secondary in education or special education preferred. Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and health concerns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the student's educational and personal development.
