Job Description

Program Assistant- Behavioral Health in the QC! Community Health Care Inc Davenport, IA 52801 Salary range for this role: $17-$20/hr.
What You'll Do:
Provides clear explanation of CHC programs, services, procedures regarding appointments, fees and eligibility/verification, as appropriate. Schedules all appointments through incoming and outgoing calls with the Behavioral Health Department. Assists with robust appointment call reminders to patients. Manages incoming calls and messages for the Behavioral Health Team. Manages incoming calls for medication refills and creates communications to appropriate providers.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma required Experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting strongly preferred Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive patient relationships Willingness to travel locally for outreach events
