Job Description

Insight Partnership Group, LLC is an agency which provides in-home services to our neighbors with an Intellectual Disability, Brain Injury, or Chronic Mental Illness.
Insight Partnership Group provides:

Responsibilities include:
Conduct Individual Specific Training. Conduct Medication/Service Documentation Training with staff. Conduct on-site staff training. Schedule problem-solving. Assist with completing monthly progress reports. Follow the direction of the Executive Director and Service Coordinator in completing daily assigned tasks. Answer phones and greet customers. Provide Quality Assurance of Medicaid Documentation. Review timesheets. Assist with completing HR documents. Participate in the on-call rotation. Provide direct care as needed.
Educational Requirements:
A High School diploma and a minimum of two years' experience working with individuals in the served population. A four-year college degree in a human service-related field may be substituted for the two years of experience.
