We're not just a school - we're a community where children, educators, and families grow together. •This job is not available until October 2026 Why we need you Your thoughtful guidance will help shape critical learning experiences for our preschool students ages 3 to 5. During these formative years, you'll facilitate remarkable growth in language, problem-solving, and social-emotional development. Your patience, creativity, and understanding of preschool development will create an environment where children build confidence and a genuine love for learning. What you'll be doing You'll work alongside our Lead Teacher from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. Guide students through daily activities, supporting their developing independence and peer relationships Prepare snacks, monitor recess on our playground, maintain an organized classroom, and assist with daily cleaning tasks Support the Lead Teacher with circle time, hands-on learning experiences, and outdoor supervision Facilitate quiet time activities for non-nappers while supervising rest time for those who do What you need Experience in childcare or educational settings Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain them—we'll guide you!) Commit to being part of our community for at least 12 months to provide consistent care for our learners.
