Job Description
At Strive Academy, we believe small details matter because they make a big difference for little kids. We are looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Preschool Floater to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with children of different ages, and is always eager to learn and grow. We are looking for team members who: Step up and help even when not asked Take pride in doing things well Have a positive mindset Work well with others and help their team Carry themselves professionally Want to continue learning and improving Schedule Full-Time 32-40 hours per week Typical hours are around 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (or similar) Pay & Benefits $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Free or discounted childcare Professional development assistance Gym membership reimbursement Free meals during meal times while on the clock Responsibilities Follow the daily classroom plan as directed by the Lead Teacher Learn classroom management tools and teaching methods Step into classrooms as needed Learn and follow Strive Academy policies and classroom procedures Support a clean, organized, and safe learning environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Qualifications Experience working with children preferred, but willing to train the right person Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented Comfortable working with multiple age groups Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and want to be part of a supportive, family-oriented team, we would love to hear from you!
