POSITION SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER - THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT CLASSROOM 1.0 FTE STARTING DATE
August 19, 2026 New to the District certified staff will have one paid day of training on August 18, 2026.
SALARY SCHEDULE
Teacher's Salary Schedule is available on the District website.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Instruction, evaluation, curriculum development, paperwork and supervision of instructional assistant paraprofessional staff. Establish and maintain fair, consistent standards of student behavior, effectively manage the classroom environment, and take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of students, equipment, materials, and facilities while promoting positive and appropriate social behavior.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold or meet minimum requirements for an Idaho Standard Instructional Certificate with an Exceptional Child Generalist K-12 endorsement as required by State Law and the State Board of Education. A teaching contract will not be issued until this credential is on file with the Moscow School District.
