Are you a warm, caring, and energetic individual with a passion for nurturing young children? Our Christian preschool is seeking experienced Teacher/Aides who are dedicated to providing individualized care and fostering a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for our little ones.

Position Details:

• Hours:

  Approximately 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch break)

•

Paid Holidays:

After 90 days (we are closed approximately 15 days per year for holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care to 1-3 year olds (separated by age) throughout the daily schedule, including playtime, naptime, and meals
• Maintain constant supervision to ensure safety and well-being
• Establish and maintain excellent communication with parents through daily updates
• Follow safe sleep guidelines and adhere to all state and school regulations
• Create a nurturing environment that supports each child's development and age-appropriate milestones
• Maintain feeding and nap schedules with attention to each child's individual needs
