Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers and Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of toddlers, ensuring their development in a safe and engaging setting. Your expertise in childcare and education will help create a positive atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and developmental milestones. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration. Educate children on various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in childcare or preschool education is required. Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience working with children with disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is an asset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Ability to create engaging activities that cater to various learning styles. Experience in behavior management strategies is beneficial. A background in babysitting or toddler care is advantageous.
