Working closely with our teaching staff, you will help create a nurturing, engaging classroom that reflects our school's Islamic values and supports every child's academic and personal growth. Responsibilities Assist teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and curriculum development to ensure effective and engaging educational programs. Support students with special needs by providing individualized attention, accommodations, and consistent encouragement. Help facilitate activities and projects that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in alignment with Islamic values. Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment. Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the lead teacher to help identify areas for improvement. Assist with administrative tasks including grading, record-keeping, and parent communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve support practices.
Qualifications Required:
Experience working with young children, preferably in an early childhood or elementary education setting Ability to support students with special needs, providing patient and individualized assistance Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents Knowledge of early childhood education best practices Familiarity with childcare and classroom regulations and standards Strong understanding of Islamic values and culture, with the ability to model and reinforce them in a school setting Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
