In this dynamic role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote development in areas such as language skills, motor skills, and social interaction Help with classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, bathroom assistance, and transitions between activities Contribute to curriculum development efforts by assisting in lesson planning and activity preparation based on early childhood education best practices Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily experiences to foster strong home-school connections Requirements Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood development principles and techniques for working with children of different abilities and needs Familiarity with special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and classroom management tools Experience with curriculum development focused on literacy education, math skills, Montessori methods or other educational frameworks is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us to help shape the future by supporting young learners at a pivotal stage of their growth!
