Job Description

Instructional Assistant/ Student Support The Instructional Assistant will oversee the study room environment and monitor student participation in online learning programs. Responsibilities include tracking and managing student progress, providing support and encouragement, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure students remain engaged and on pace with their coursework. This position is allocated 129.5 hours per month .
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students in the study room. Monitor and track student progress in online courses. Provide academic support and guidance as needed. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records. Communicate student progress and concerns to the appropriate staff. Foster a positive, productive learning environment.
