About us Hearts & Hands Childcare & Preschool is a small business in Michigan City, IN. We are professional, creative and engaging.

Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities We are looking for a reliable and caring Childcare Provider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, engaging them in activities, helping them with homework, preparing meals, and providing general supervision. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a childcare setting, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for children.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care. Develop and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children. Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, dressing, and naptime. Read to children and teach them basic skills such as counting and colors. Communicate with parents about their child's progress. Maintain records of attendance, activities, and behaviors.
