Corpus Christi, South Bend - Aftercare Program Assistant Diocesan MZ Services of Fort Wayne South Bend, IN Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Aftercare Program Assistant Corpus Christi Catholic School - South Bend, Indiana Corpus Christi Catholic School is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Aftercare Program Assistant to supervise students in our Aftercare Program for the 2026-2027 school year. Schedule Monday-Friday 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. School days only Position Summary The Aftercare Program Assistant provides a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for students after school. The successful candidate will supervise children, assist with activities, monitor homework time, and ensure students are safely dismissed to authorized adults. Responsibilities Supervise students during the after-school program. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment. Assist students with homework. Monitor student behavior and encourage respectful interactions. Communicate effectively with parents and school staff. Ensure proper attendance and dismissal procedures are followed. Uphold the mission and values of Corpus Christi Catholic School. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to supervise groups of children in a positive and professional manner. Dependable, organized, and punctual. Commitment to supporting the mission of Catholic education. Compensation Compensation is commensurate with experience.
