If you love working with babies and creating a safe, engaging environment during their most important developmental stage, we want to meet you. At Kiddie Academy, we are driven to prepare children for life through our Life Essentials® curriculum , supportive team culture, and commitment to educator growth. What You'll Do Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants (6 weeks-12 months) Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules Communicate consistently with parents regarding their child's day and development Support early developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities Ensure compliance with all Indiana state licensing regulations Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet Indiana child care licensing standards: Must be 21 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience working with infants or young children preferred Ability to pass state-required background checks Must meet annual training requirements per Indiana regulations CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or degree preferred but not required Why Join Kiddie Academy?
