This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children ages 1-2 and is passionate about supporting early development through structure, play, and care. We are committed to preparing children for life through our Life Essentials® curriculum and a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Create a safe, engaging, and structured classroom for toddlers (ages 1-2) Support daily routines including meals, diapering, and transitions Implement age-appropriate activities that promote growth and development Foster social, emotional, and communication skills Maintain open, consistent communication with families Follow all Indiana state licensing and safety regulations Qualifications (Indiana Requirements) Must be 21 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience with toddlers or in a childcare setting preferred Must be able to pass state-required background checks Willingness to complete ongoing training requirements CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred Why Join Kiddie Academy?
