Up to $21 per hour Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional Level II) to join a supportive special education team in Garnett, KS. This full-time, school-based role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and behavioral professionals to create positive, lasting change in the lives of children with special needs. Position Overview The Behavior Technician plays a vital role in supporting educational and behavioral success for students in a K-6 classroom serving approximately 14 students. You will collaborate daily with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other behavioral staff to implement individualized behavior plans and promote meaningful learning outcomes.
