is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Paraprofessional to join our elementary school team. The paraprofessional will support classroom teachers by assisting with instruction, student supervision, and the overall learning environment, helping ensure all students reach their full potential.Pay and Benefits:
Hourly Pay:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must meet Kansas state requirements for paraprofessionals (e.g., completed a paraeducator assessment or have 48 college credit hours or an associate degree). Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative educational team.Key Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom activities. Work one-on-one or in small groups with students under teacher guidance. Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans as directed. Provide support to students with special needs, including academic, behavioral, and physical assistance. Supervise students during recess, lunch, arrival/dismissal, and other non-classroom times. Perform light clerical tasks including organizing materials and tracking student progress. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Model positive behavior and enforce school policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. How toApply:
