The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive. The Assistant Preschool Teacher will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher in all classroom related activities. Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children, including those with special needs. Educate children on various subjects through hands-on activities, play, and structured learning experiences. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Observe and assess children's development, adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning. Requirements . Experience working with children in a preschool setting is essential. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience working in a fast paced environment and the ability to multitask without promptin. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children.
