Qualifications:

CDA (Child Development Associate) required Experience with young children preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom setup and daily activities Assist with child development tracking and family engagement Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment Collaborate with staff to meet high-quality standards
