Competitive Pay:
$15.30-$18.90 per hour (based on experience, education, and credentials)

Collaborative, positive environment with strong classroom ratios Leadership that values your input, supports your success, and celebrates you What You'll Do Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate curriculum Nurture each child's emotional, social, and cognitive development Engage with children during learning, play, and transitions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly Collaborate with other teachers and school leaders to ensure excellence in every classroom ✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of experience working with children ages 6 weeks - 5 years (preferred) Passion for early childhood education and a joyful, caring attitude Meets all Kentucky state licensing requirements for early childhood staff Reliable and professional with consistent attendance Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and team members Maintains composure and professionalism when addressing stressful situations or unexpected challenges Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to ensure child safety, facilitate programs, and respond to emergencies.
