Our Early Learning Center , located within the state-of-the-art Roth Family Education Center , serves 165 children in 12 developmentally focused classrooms. If you're passionate about early childhood development and love working with young children in a nurturing environment, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities Engage joyfully and sensitively with children, encouraging exploration and development. Support classroom routines and implement behavior management strategies. Prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment. Follow each child's individual schedule and document daily activities and milestones. Participate actively in play, care routines, and classroom experiences. Be physically able to interact with children at their level (sitting on floor, lifting, etc.). Qualifications Experience with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting is preferred. Understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices. A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude. Must meet state licensing requirements for background checks and health/safety training.
